Do Your Eating Habits Cause Your Sleep Apnea?
Find out how bad eating habits link to sleep apnea, and what you can do about it.
Eating can have an adverse effect to our health too if we don’t care about what, why and how we eat. Eating is only healthy if you eat the right food and at the right time. Otherwise, you will suffer from another medical disorder that may interfere with your sleeping habit—sleep apnea.
In this ebook, I carefully compiled all empirical and clinical reports based on the actual testimony of a patient who has recovered from both binge eating and sleep apnea.
I am quite aware of the growing number of people suffering from sleep apnea, yet many of them haven’t found the proper treatment for their condition. There is no conclusive finding, though, as to why people suffering from sleep apnea failed to avail themselves of the treatment they badly need. However there are three probable reasons why it happens:
- they refuse to acknowledge the true causes of sleep apnea.
- they fail to see a qualified professional to conduct diagnostic procedures on them.
- but certainly not the least, they lack knowledge about the true nature of sleep apnea and the triggers that aggravate it.
The lack of knowledge about sleep apnea prompted me to compile quite a number of comprehensive reports about sleep apnea and its causes.
This ebook is designed primarily to serve as a guide only for patients who have long suffered this medical condition, rather than a replacement for the medical advice their doctors have given them.
My aim is to educate the patients about the medical disorders of binge eating as well as the sleep apnea itself.
