Reviewed by rob on My Rate 4 This book, and its companion, are a part of an entire diet/nutrition and exercise program developed by the author, Tom Venuto. On it's own, simply eating food won't burn fat. Instead, this volume helps you maximize fat loss with exercise.
Reviewed by bob diamond on My Rate 4 I have read it and found it a waste of time and money. Unlike the so called people who left massages like "I lost fat in a week and I am wearing pants I could not get into 7 days ago". Get real it has done nothing for me. The book is a rip off.
