- The Leek Soup Diet - didn’t taste so bad but wasn’t near enough calories to give us energy for working out or let alone getting through the day.
- The Cranberry Water Diet - sour, disgusting, and left us hungry and exhausted
- The too much Protein Diet - Hello constipation! enough said.
- Water Fasting - we went up to 7 days once on water only! Talk about being afraid of food.
After so many years, even decades of struggle, we finally feel at peace with food.
- We no longer deprive ourselves of delicious treats.
- We no longer count calories.
- We no longer over-exercise like a hamsters on a wheel.
- We LOVE to prepare food, eat and enjoy life!
- We no longer struggle with “trouble areas” or body hatred.
- We LOVE to share our delicious creations with others and invite friends over for dinner.
- We want to share with the world that it’s possible to eat great and feel great too!
