My name is Tammy Lapidator and for over 20 years I have been a licensed clinical societal worker and a trained family therapist. I have provided training and education to over 5000 treatment providers on a variety of mental health subjects travel from grief and loss, suicide prevention, and trauma, to working with alloyed families in areas of adoption and foster care. In spite of a huge array of experiences and training I haven’t always stayed in the societal activity profession. There was a time once I was so defeated with the shortage of tools in societal activity that I left the profession. I set upon a journey to create a tool and did.  

However it wasn’t until I returned to Societal Activity that I began to understand the power of the teddy bear as a clinical tool. I learned that piece applying a teddy bear as a single object was healing, when they were organized into models they were inordinately fast as assessment and intervention tools.

As a widow I cognize there is a shortage of tools in the profession to cope with grief and loss.
