I have been following your exercize recommendations, and they have been great! I was ne'er "fat" per se - I actually exercized a lot before I was feeding raw. I've been doing a lot of the Lightning Speed Exercise (LSE) and the Upper Body Exercise you recommend, with amazing results. I've besides been exploitation my own body's resistance, as you suggested, for curls, neck exercises, abs, and a host of shoulder exercises. I dont cognize why I ever went to the gym! This is developing my muscles so more much evenly. I recently hugged a friend I hadn't seen in awhile, and he instantly asked if I had been in the gym - aforesaid my arms and shoulders felt strong - he detected this from a 2 second side hug! At several point I'd like to go back to the gym to see how more strength I've gained, especially in my shoulders. I besides detected the benefits of the LSE's once I went running this morning. We had awful weather for the past few weeks (in Ohio) so I simply did lots of LSE's at house instead of jogging. (I typically jog 1st thing in the morning) Today I went outside, and I simply flew down the street - I can't even as begin to describe it - I wasn't exerting more effort at all, but I was moving at what I would-be have antecedently considered a moderately strenuous pace. I always finish with a spring- and now I went simply as fast, hardly had to "work" for it. I am a personal trainer/nutritionist who was looking for thing new to step up my program -- and I believe I've found it. On Tues of this week -- I "tried" out the Lightning Speed Exercise prior to my 1st client exercise (did 50 reps no problem at all) then did 50 with the 1st client (felt a bit of fatigue) and 10 with the second for a total of simply about 110 over a 3 hour period. While I had several muscle fatigue during the last round - I was wholly unprepared for the dairy product acid build up I had and the attendant soreness. I haven't been this sore since the last time I ran a 10-mile cragged road race for which I hadn't properly trained. (Roger's note: You won't get this soreness if you start out bit by bit and build up. Woman did too galore repetitions for her 1st day.) I was able to do two sets of 20 with a young adolescent client I had this afternoon for a workout. I feel like I'll be able to try for one set of 100 -125 on Saturday. And are my eyes playing tricks on me or could I Actually see several results after simply one time? I'm fairly lean so muscle growth shows up fairly quickly... The upper body exercises are equally as awesome. Even as although I have a fairly developed upper body due to the consistent strength training that I do -- I have always found these upper body exercises difficult to do. I am able to well complete 2 sets of 15 and piece I knew the next day I had done thing - I didn't feel like I had strained anything. The weight distribution of this particular exercise is more much contributing for my body. So -- in short -- I am admiring several of the exercises and looking forward to several great results not only in appearance but in performance. Donna Hetrick |
