"How to put a Finish
to OCD ."
Welcome to my website. If you or any of your admired one is suffering from OCD, you need to cognize that there are millions of folk about the earth suffering from this disorder. I cognize 1st hand because I have lived with this often misunderstood anxiety disorder for over twenty five years. My OCD started once
I was just six years old. During my late teens piece I was at college, things started acquiring actually tough.
I went to see my doctor a few times just about my OCD. The 1st couple of times the doctor just aforesaid that it was nothing to worry just about and that it would-be shortly pass. Well it didn't. Eventually he got me to see a couple of specialist in this field. Though these therapists tried, they couldn't cure my problem. I besides tried another alternative therapies, such as stylostixis and homeopathy, but unluckily none of them helped.
That's once
I started disbursement hours about everyday trying to find a cure to my problems then eventually after about ten years of research, I managed to easily cure my mind desensitizing disorder without any type of medicine or side effects.
What is Obsessional Compulsive Disorder (OCD)? In OCD,
sufferers experience repetitive, intrusive and unwelcome impulses and doubts which they find hard to ignore. Obsessions are the impulses folk have and reoccur over and over again. Feeling overly disquieted just about the hands being dirty for example are obsessional feelings. In order to do the obsessional feelings go away the compulsions are performed. Overly washing the hands are compulsions. Several common OCD's are touching, nail biting, excessive double-checking, counting, hand washing, cleaning, hoarding, praying and ordering/arranging.
Individuals with this disorder feel the urge to carry out specific ss such as hand washing, nail biting etc to release a build up of tension. The much an individual tries to finish carrying out the rituals the harder he or she would-be find it to finish and it worsens once
the individual is under stress. Fortuitously there is a cure for this disorder.
How do these feelings originate?
In a game of football (soccer) your team has been awarded a penalty kick and you have been chosen to be the penalty kick taker. At that moment it wouldn't be unusual to have a thought like “I am going to miss the goal”. Normally once
you start thinking that way the will comes true. This is a fairly common problem not just with football; it's the same with any sport whether it's baseball or rugby.
In any situation that provokes anxiety folk tend to have
revenant thoughts. At times these
thoughts
can become so strong that it starts to effect simple tasks which then further increase the anxiety level. If these
revenant thoughts continue for a length of time it could become a vicious cycle that a person finds difficult to break. OCD fall in this category.
The key to stopping this disorder is to use a unique and effective technique to eliminate the vicious cycle of OCD.
Various types of relaxation methods can help to calm the nerves but does NOT cure anxiety disorders. The quick and effective technique that I am offering goes right down to the root cause of the problem and just puts a finish to it.
