Rating Dominator is a powerful plugin that easily turns your web log into a ratings/review site. Between the point-and-click DHTML rank system, the collector functions/widgets, and the utility ratings that contribute to the overall accuracy of the overall rating, Rank Dominator is a power-packed plugin for Wordpress.

History:
I was looking for a high-quality ratings/review plugin so I could create several Web 2.0-ish sites for marketing affiliate products. I use Web 2.0-ish loosely, because the only 2.0ish just about the sites was the inters I wanted to have with the ratings. But unfortunately, I didn’t find thing that I could use. (Sound familiar? This is pretty more why I ever create a plugin… haha)
So I took the better ratings plugin that I could find at the time - Dan Grossman’s DG Review Site - and modified it heavily to give me the power and inters that I needed.
The biggest changes I ready-made was to add aggregators (Best Rated Posts, Most Helpful Reviewers, etc) and the Amazon-style ”Was this review helpful?” buttons. These buttons allow your users to effectively moderate the reviews for you. Normally, if your post has 9 ratings at 10/10, and 1 rank at 1/10, that drops your average rank to 9.1/10. But with the helpfulness ratings, if your readers mark the 1 rank as not helpful, then your post’s average rank goes back up to wherever it should be - 10/10. (This process happens slowly, and is based on how galore helpful vs not helpful marks a rank gets)
Installation Instructions:
The unfortunate disadvantage of a powerful plugin is that it tends to be hard to install. Though I ready-made Rank Dominator as easy as possible to install and use, there are several modifications you have to do to your theme. Because of the explanations needed, I’ve created a separate document for it, and provided quick links from this page.

Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I just ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be thing fancy - just a note expression that you're exploitation it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
I managed to sort out the problem with star size but have encountered another more serious problem - once a comment is marked as spam the rank still remains active on the site…
Is there several way about this, another than forcing all commenters to register and/or moderate each and every comment manually?
Sorry for not checking back sooner, I got involved with another project…
edenbugys, exactly what did you change the pictures size for?
Because I have only one ratings.gif graphic in the plugin folder, and that one seems to be 25×75 pixels several in the old and the current version.
Hi Jason, i was tryin out the plugin and actually several modification is needful for star rank (prob which Monica had), apparently u gotto change the img size to “25″ for .css, .js and RatingDominator.php
btw, i had problem running the “Helpful Review” part inside comment, as i click on either “Yes” or “No” it actually direct me to “404 Page Not Found” inside my comment without reloading the whole page. hope u cognize wat i mean.
Any idea how to fix this? thanx

@lakhlili - You’re really welcome! Unfortunately, I don’t do any freelancing in portion folk set up their sites. If there’s a problem with a plugin, I’ll do what I can to fix it, but as for setting up sites, I don’t get into that.
@Jason - Hi Jason, just passing by from a Google web search for review and ratings plugins and your site popped up on the second page of search results. I’m a newcomer at WordPress, but I like what I see here and wish transfer your plugin and attempt to assemble it.
By the way, the poster in French aforesaid that he infinitely thanks you regarding giving him the authorization to transfer (télécharger means transfer in French) your software system (logiciel), but he was not able to transfer your version. I have used this plug in for several time I like it. I do have to admit that I actually need do do several general maintenance and finalizing how ever it is a nice plug in to use. I besides have detected that a service is being promoted similar to this plug in that cost a whole lot more. Great job Jason!
@Monica - It sounds like a problem with the pictures sizes - were you exploitation a several star pictures from one of the premium themes offered through http://www.RatingDominator.com? If you were, you need to re-upload that pictures to the Rank Dominator plugin directory, over top of the one that’s there now.
I upgraded from your earlier version and it seems to activity as it should, but the star pictures seem to have changed a bit. Though the max rank on my web log is 5 stars you can actually see 5,5 stars and a rank of 4.0 wish actually visually look like a 4,5…
Did I get thing wrong with the installation?
