Ever since I was really young, I've had to put up with a distended stomach and plenty of gas. I wasn't fat. And I didn't really eat all that much, either. It hardly seemed fair.

Let's get this clear... by "bloating" I don't mean the type you get after Thanksgiving dinner. No way! I'm talking just about the type of distended stomach that stays with you even as once you're not eating. And once you do eat — even as the most harmless foods — it gets worse.

Why is gas and bloating causation you fatigue?

I detected "candida" could be causation the problem. So I stopped-up feeding all the out foods: breads, yeast, sweets, vinegar. It hardly ready-made any difference.

I had become fixated with what was going into me, ignoring what wasn't coming out of me. I was trying to decrease and limit what I ate, instead of increasing what I got rid of.

It Felt Like a Brick Moving Through My Gut
