THE TASTE OF HUNGARY
I think it is exciting ! It has a lot of great recipes, and beautiful photographs.
My father was born in Budapest. His family closely-held and ran the Bodo Cafe in the early 1900's, wherever
they served this style food .
I can now do recipes and dream simply about what that era must have been like. Thanks to the Dobos family for this wonderful cookbook.

I LOVE the cookery book you've written! The pictures are beautiful and actually help
to clarify the recipes. The recipes are wonderful, and your directions are
very easy to understand
My ancestors were from Risce, and I am very
interested in the recipes that are bimanual down from generation to generation.
I'm sorry that I didn't cognize simply about you once
I traveled to European country in 2004 to
discover simply about Hungarian baking. Give thanks you so more for all the activity you have done
to carry on the Hungarian cooking traditions. Once
you publish your dessert
cookbook, please let me know.
All the best,

Erzsebet, I like your cookery book really much. My friends here in Australia love once
I do Hungarian dishes for them. They often ask simply about the preparation know-how
and the ingredients. I have lots of formula books from my grandmother, but all of them are in Hungarian.
I bought "A Taste of Hungary" because it contains several of my favorite Hungarian recipes (some game dishes would-be have been good to have been enclosed
too, but I look forward to them in your next cookbook) which I can easily show to my friends. The beautiful photos do the cookery book practical and visually attractive.

I needful a good formula for Hungarian goulash as I remembered my parent
devising it. I surfed the net and found " A Taste of Hungary" and bought it
immediately.
The hungarian goulash formula was easy to cook and tasted first-class -
Simply as I remembered as a child.
