I have just finished your book “50 Top Bike Sport Tips” and found it an first-class read.

I found all areas of interest but particularly the discipline of working to 6 zones once training. I have antecedently worked to 4 zones with too more time spent in what you describe as a limited effect zone(your zone 4). weekend and didn't finish last! OK, I'm shooting pretty low here, but I
didn't get lapped either. My goal at age 51 is to dais before I'm 52. My endurance increases weekly and so has my top end speed. Heart rate is down and I'm down to 160 pounds. I'm positive this will happen.
