THANK YOU, Give thanks YOU, Give thanks YOU. I’ve ne'er been a fan of “diets” and have ready-made every attempt to eat wiser (including paying top $$ for qualified nutritionalists), but I did not see the results I was hoping to get. However, after 3 weeks of following your easy-to-follow exercise plan, I am reaching a whole new level…and down two full dress sizes. I am now able wake up earlier and spend simply about an hour following through on the exercises BEFORE my children are out of bed. This, coupled with the change in “diet” I’ve been working on has worked miracles for me. The past 2 years have been extremely nerve-racking for me once trying to exercise at the gym. I have a 1 hour lunch break, and once allotting enough time to travel, change, and warm-up, I was left with 20 minutes……it simply wasn’t working. However, now it is. I spend my time in the morning doing your workout, then I only need those 20 minutes to do the squats, etc at that gym for my legs every another day. I’ve received more comments in the last 2 weeks than I have in the past two years and I owe more of that to your advice. Let me tell you 1st of all that I was raised really poor. As a child of a welfare mother, I ne'er had proper nutrition growing up and ne'er actually knew what muscle was. In fact, I was thin as a young woman, but not because of a healthy lifestyle, it was because of deficiency disease and my own personal anquish over how to do ends meet.

In fact, I was the one leading folk to the party -- attending keggers, passing the brew bong, and then being so hungover I couldn't come for 2-3 days afterward. No, I wasn't at all healthy and I didn't even as cognize what being healthy actually meant...that is, until I nearly lost my life.

Inside 3 months of graduating from college, without any family or fiscal keep to speak of as I was independent from the age of 17, I was fatally abraded in an automobile accident. By God's grace I was revived, but suffered two terribly shattered ankles and multiple another contusions and abrasions. Besides, I was simply beginning a life that I thought control promise and I wanted it. After finally acquiring several casts off I had a pretty bad limp and consequent pain and nerve damage for a long long time thereafter. In addition, I had accumulated galore tens of thousands of dollars of medical bills, and since I had no family keep and no insurance as a young co-ed, I had to file bankruptcy, which was demeaning and heartbreaking.

Thank you. I'd like to share with you my story and my successes.

I began running recently. I besides started observation what I was feeding and count calories. I thought that I needful thing to help boost my matabolism and was looking for reviews of supplements like Hydroxycut, Stacker, Cortislim, etc. One website, and I will I could remember which one, had all of this and more. It was for female body-builders and she not only gave her review on these supplements, but besides your plan. After reading that your program was back-geared towards women like me, over 40 and having trouble loosing weight, I went to your site and began reading, reading, reading. I was convinced, bought your whole progam and here I am!

I purchased your book simply about a month ago and see it cover to cover. Twice. Then I sat down with the 12 week plan for my 5'4" 185 lb. Person body and planned the next phase of my life.

I am now in my fourth week of the plan, have see your book several more times and as of 10 days ago, born 11.5 lbs and who knows how galore inches. I only weigh and measure every few weeks so that I can keep my momentum up, but so far it's: 3 inches from my hips and 2.5 from my waist, 2 from my chest (am loosing back fat) and I'm sure there's more gone because I see how my apparel fit otherwise and my tummy isn't quite as round!

I simply turned 44 last week and have had this weight on since I gave birth to my youngest child who is now 7 years old. I've dieted and worked out, but with no success since I normally quit after two weeks. Mostly because I get tired of the feeding plans and another times because I finish exercise for a day and feel guilty and let the negative talk keep me from returning.

This time I began running before I found your plan determined that the weight had to go. And now I run/intervals for 30 minutes at least 5 days a week. I activity your weight training program 3 days per week and activity my abs (your plan) 3-4 days per week. I feel healthy and happy and manage to activity in exercise about every day. I plan the time and don't allow thing to get in my way but I besides don't feel guilty if thing comes up that pushes it off. On a couple of occassions once it was on the far side my control, I woke up the next morning and 1st thing did the exercises from the day before. Then later in the day did that day's exercise.

The better part of my new life style is the eating. It's easier to eat the same things all week than it was trying to cook otherwise every day. I would-be got so tired of being in the room all the time, that it only took two weeks until I was grabbing chips from the larder instead of a alimentary meal. Now I prepare the weeks worth of food on Sabbatum or Sunday and presto! I'm available for the week. You besides helped me to understand better how I should feed my body. I've done so galore diets and even as consumed raw foods for awhile, so I cognize the nutrition part of it, but it was your book that helped me to accept what I already knew-- that I need to feed my body throughout the day to keep those cravings at bay. It besides showed me that devising afood plan that is easy to prepare is easy to stick with.

Although I thought I would-be have lost more weight than 11.5 lbs by this time, I am not discouraged in any way. I cognize 1 - that 2 lbs per week is a great figure to loose, 2 - I'm adding muscle so I'm probably doing an exchange of fat for muscle and 3 - I have allowed myself a few drinks (for my anniversay and a happy hour after activity one Friday), several cake (for my birthday) and several cookies (those oatmeal cookies looked soooo good) on the way. I besides battled a few days once my emotional feeding came into play and was really proud that despite that period of feeding poorly, I still exercised, recognized wherever the feeding came from and vowed that I wouldn't let it finish me from succeeding. Immediately, I went right back to my plan. So I do cognize why it wasn't more.

I'm focusing on short-term, mid-term lenth goals at this time. ( I cognize the ultimate long-term goal.)

Short term is this week. This week is the popcorn feeding plan. I'm looking for a little shake-up and think this will work. I'm besides a little homesick simply about this one because once I was 16, I lost 15 lbs that summer feeding only popcorn and diet 7-Up. This is a bunch healthier, but I had the right idea! lol

Mid-term is the next four weeks. The goal for the next four weeks is to keep my feeding wholly on track. There aren't any anniversaries or birthdays and I won't allow my emotional issues to take me to food. I will instead get on my treadmill and drink a big glass of water once I feel it hit me.

Angela, give thanks you so really much! I don't live in your area and found you, a gem, quite by accident. But I suppose it wasn't an accident at all. Several things happen in our lives for a reason and finding your website and your materials was meant to be.

There's a lot more to the story which you'll have the chance to see later, but I want to talk to you now simply about how things changed. I'm sure you can relate to it.

The Body Sculptor at 34 years old and 25% body fat, before she began her body sculpting program! Ugh!As I did manage to eventually walk sufficiently and began my corporate career and started earning a living, I started to eat all kinds of things. As a disadvantaged person for the 1st 2 decades of my life, I was really happy to begin to be able to afford chips and burgers and pizza pie and ice cream and any else I wanted, once I wanted it, and my body began to change in route I wasn't happy with. Like you, I saw the scale increasing steadily, felt like I was doing all the right things, and was confused and defeated with my results--or lack of them! I began, in fact, to believe that I had no select to but to accept the steady increase of body fat as an aging female.

I watched him transform from a slug to a god-like sculpture!

This pretty more continuing until I met and began geological dating person who had changed from a slug himself, into thing like "The Man With The Helmet" up on my logo. His transformation was total, amazing, and inspiring. And I believed that if he could do it, I could, too, and I knowing everything I could from him.
