Most folk that experience feelings of depression can relate to these two conditions. --The desire to be happy is always present. --The feeling of depression reminding them that they are depressed.
To understand how and why my know-how works please see the next paragraphs carefully. I have ready-made this as clean and to the point as possible, free of medical and technical language. Over half of my readers are from foreign countries and I want everyone to understand this.
What I will attempting to prove is that to feel depressed is a feeling equal to galore another feelings we experience each and every day. How we react to theses feelings is what matters...and as you shortly will see we react to most feelings in an about similar way. Feelings are called feelings because that is what they are....nothing else. A feeling is not a condition. Our body use feelings to communicate with us.
How does a feeling reach us?
Our body is equipped with millions of sensors that activity (watch out) for us day and night. These sensors pick up everything that takes place about and inside our body. I call them our “Personal Safety and Warning System”.
These sensors perpetually send information to a place in our brain that I call: “The Central Command Center” informing us what is going on about and inside us. Our "Command Center" process and measure this flow of information. Several are then filtered back throughout the body as FEELINGS with a set of INSTRUCTIONS. These manual tell us what s we should take (if any is needed) to deal with any caused these feelings, in another words the source.
Example: You walk out on a frozen lake and you hear cracking noises (your detector at work). This information is sent to The Command Center. A "feeling of fear" of going through the ice is sent to you by your Command Center with manual to stop, turn about and go back to safety.
Our body use "feelings" to communicate with us. Look at "feelings" as a form of language. Once you feel hot you cognize instantly what that means. It does not have to be spelled out in words or sentences. You feel and you know. But what should you do once you feel hot? That is what the instructions tell you.
Every feeling you can "feel" have a set of manual that will "instruct" you to take several sort of s.
The majority of these manual are dead without us knowing simply about them. It’s a wholly automatic process.
Example: If you start running, your body’s sensors shortly observe a need for more o and sends this information to “The Command Center”, here it is determined that the proper cause of s is (among galore others); to increase your heart beat and instruct your lungs to perform deeper breaths so more o can be make and distributed to the organs that need it.

"The Command Center" instantly responds and sends out a signal in form of a " feeling of pain" (located mostly in the chest area). You feel this pain. Now it is up to you to do a decision. How do you finish the pain?. You get this answer from the instructions following the "feeling of chest pain". The answer to this situation is to slow down.
This is a type of "feeling" we feel physically and we need to perform an s to end it. Our s will be according to the instructions; that say we should slow down.
Imagine on your run, you start crossing a street without looking, you hear a car blow its horn. From the loud sound of the horn you cognize the car is close and you instantly feel danger.
This is an example of a mental feeling sent to you by your "Command Center". The feeling of "danger of being hit by a car".
This is what took place in a split second:
Your hearing sensors picked up the loud horn, sent this message to "The Command Center" which quickly determined this was out of the ordinary and sent a signal of "feeling of danger" to you. With this feeling of danger is a set of manual telling you to instantly stop, look, and turn back to safety.
So feelings can be "invisible" (making internal organs adjust to changes), physical (feeling pain) and mental (feeling danger). The last two have manual telling us what to do once we feel these "feelings".
Some of the common physical and mental feelings we experience are:
These are all feelings and requires several types of responses, the instructions will tell us what they are. Some don't need any s several need immediate s. Things that feel nice we want to last, and things that feel bad we want to END,
The process whether it is a bad feeling or a nice one is the same:
It is important that you understand that FEELINGS nice or bad, physical or mental are FEELINGS ONLY, nothing else. You can call them SIGNALS or MESSAGES from a friend trying to help you.
They are not the CAUSE of your pain or pleasure, they are only INFORMING you how you FEEL at the moment. Once you understand this a wholly new path opens up for you to take control over how you feel.
A FEELING brings you a MESSAGE, an Manual describing how you should deal with this feeling.
The manual are “written” by us and move from experiences with similar events. If we ne'er had been in a situation wherever a car honked its horn at us we would-be not have been able to act so quickly. But, most of us have been in or ascertained similar situations and knowing how to react (the manual were written already). If this event occur galore times it will about become automatic; you'll detected the horn and you'll jump back without having to think simply about it.
Example: Imagine that you put your hand over a candle light by accident. The sensors feel the hot flame, sends a signal to your brain ("The Command Center") to process this. A message in form of a feeling of being burnt is sent back to you. Attached to this feeling is besides the manual on how to deal with this, in this case; remove your hand from the flame.
This all happens in a split second and is an automatic s. You actually don’t need to think this through. You feel the hot flame and instantly withdraw your hand. If this is the 1st time you experience this, you will discover from this and hopefully not do it again. If you have done this before this is a painful reminder and should teach you a final lesson not to do it again.
In the examples above, everything worked out the way it was suppose to. The important parts you need to pay attention to are the feeling and the instruction. Once you apply the right manual you are correcting the problem that caused the bad feeling. In this case you will move out your hand.
In about all cases, once we feel thing we act and do the right thing. We have the right instructions.
This works for physical feelings as well as mental feelings. That's how our body is set up to handle ANY feeling/signal we receive. It's a natural process that works with your body, not against it.
But, for several reason once we are baby-faced with emotional BAD FEELINGS like depression-type feelings we often fail to do the correct decisions. These type of feelings are still the same as "physical feelings" and need to be self-addressed the same way.
But why are we not doing that?
The feeling of depression is triggered by “something” that our sensors pick up. A few are triggered by medical complications (I address this later). But, most are created by us thinking of sad and disconcerting events or situations.
As you now know, once the feeling of depression is sent to us by our "Command Center" it is a SIGNAL to us to take s according to the manual attached.
But, what if there are no manual or the manual are wrong?
Then, what do we do?
And that’s why galore fail. The manual does not give us the proper s to take…they are inadequate or wrong.
In galore cases they are plain wrong…the manual trick you to believe the feeling of depression is the problem. The manual fail to guide you to the real source for the bad feeling, therefore preventing you from taking the correct s that will finish the feeling of depression. The result is really; No Result -- you continue feeling depressed.
Once
the manual are wrong or not being followed a common mistake is too act on the feeling itself, not the real source (bad event).
One of the reason for this is:
Growing up, you detected
over and over once again that the feeling of depression is a condition, an unwellness that folk suffers from. Yes, depression does you suffer but it is NOT the real problem, it’s simply the signal or "the messenger".
If you are told that folk are suffering from depression enough times you unknowingly will rewrite the instructions for handling bad feelings. You have fallen into the trap of thinking depression is a cause.
If you don’t have the right manual you can NOT fix the problem.
THINK Simply simply about THIS:
If you believe that the feeling of depression is the source of why you feel depressed you will have a really difficult time succeeding in acquiring rid of the feelings of depression.
If you are trying to find route to "cure" the feeling of depression, you are trying to "kill the messenger". The problem with this is that your "Command Center" will support causing messengers as long as it obtain information from your sensors that "something is wrong....and they will support coming ... unless you get the right instructions, and find the source and a way for this source not to affect you anymore. You can't support killing the messengers, you need to listen and act on the source.
I will show you how. And you will once and for all be able to control the feeling of depression and any feeling that does you feel bad.
The manual on how to deal with depressing feelings are written erstwhile after we were born. Unlike the type of manual we were born with such as the ones that go with the feelings we feel once we are hungry. Once we were babies we cried once the feeling of hunger smitten us. That’s what the manual told us and since we could not communicate verbally, that worked well for us. Later in life we rewrote the manual several times. But we did not change them, we improved and matched them with our abilities to respond and apply the correct s to finish the feeling of being hungry.
Instructions change and evolve throughout life, they are not all set in stone.
Early in life we do not get into situations that our sensors pick up as emotional problems. We don’t actually experience depressing feelings once we are infants. All we care simply about is food, sleep and having fun.
As we grow up, we are exposed to emotional situations or events that produce sad feelings. If we don't have the right instructions we can't act correctly and end these feelings. How would-be we have the right instructions if cipher told us what they were? There is an s that we are born with that we can apply in these situations but few understand what that s is and how it would-be work. I'll show and explain that to you.
Instead of doing the right thing we copy manual based on what another tells us and what we observe . Major authoritative contributors are our parents, friends, movies, song lyrics...etc They are exploitation terms like:
- "I feel depressed".
- "Depression caused me to..."
- "I'm so depressed today" .
- "This depression is acquiring to me".
- "I suffer from depression."
- "I take medication for my depression
- "Eating nice food helps my depression"
- "Shopping does me not feel so depressed"
These all feeds into the notion that depression is a condition and a cause. And the only way to end it is to find route to suppress this feeling... This is wrong and will not end the feeling of depression. It will only prolong it and in galore cases do it worse.

Many write me with the question: "I was told that my depression comes from a chemical imbalance or another medical complications, what can I do?"
A medical condition may be the cause, but I have seen galore misdiagnose this, and later find out that it was not medically related... They see my book, applied the method, and that fixed their problem.

That would-be be as if you tried to do the pain you feel from the candle flame a nice event that you could handle and live with…something that would-be not go well with most people.
When you think simply about an event like:
- The loss of a dear pet,
- A family member that passed away,
- A close and dear friend that affected away.
These events will do most folk feel sad and several depressed. An attempt to do these "good events" are about impossible. These events will always trigger sad feelings...this can't be changed, but exploitation my know-how they will no longer hurt you. There is a way to deal with these sorts of events.
