My most important recommendations: Many of these things will sound totally opposite from things you have heard from the pro's. I don't think they want you to know all the tricks and be healthy. You don't have to except them, but look what they did for me. I never go hungry, I think its not good on your body to diet and think you can lose weight and stay healthy. I do think you should fast once a month and juice fast at times to cleans the toxins out of your system.

- Snack on life giving foods between meals
- Learn what foods to avoid
- Learn what foods give life
- Except yourself for who you are
- Eat at least 3 life giving meals a day
- Avoid negative thoughts and negative people
- Always have life giving snacks on hand
