It is now that you have to start listening and working with your body in finding the optimum activity level and type. This may vary from one day to the next. A singular type of exercise may be more appropriate than another on a particular day.
Start by doing very little, then very gradually try and build up to either longer periods or extent of exercise, all the time assessing your body's responses.
