A property in a really sought-after after location was on the market. This property was a two bedded town house. The owner considered that because of its location he would-be have no trouble commercialism it and therefore it was not worth time or money in rectifying its defects.
The home had antecedently
been let. The tenants had disappeared in the middle of the night owing some months rent. Rather than re-let the property the owner distinct to put it on the market. 12 weeks later and after 50 viewings not a single offer had move in. The agent finally confident
the merchant to get the property cleansed up, its only defect!
This is once
we, Sparkle Improvement
Services were called in. Decision making
by what we found in the home the previous tenant had been thing
of a regular drinker! More of it was still projecting to the room
floor! Likewise they were firm favourites of deep-fried food as the cooking utensil hob was caked in a thick layer of grease that had overflowed onto the floor and mixed with the beer! All the window frames had a good line in mould growing on them, and most of the rooms had become an absolute haven for spiders. The bathroom was impermissible
simply leave it at disgusting.
So our improvement
service team arrived on a Weekday
morning 7.30am, 12 bin liners, two vacuum cleaner bags, 2 litres of descaler, 1 metric capacity unit
of kitchen appliance
cleaner, 1.5 litres of heavy duty degreaser, 3 litres of general intention cleaner (with germicidal
agents) and 50 improvement
clothing later we were golf stroke the finishing touches to the property (11.15) once
the estate agency arrived with a potential customer for a viewing.
By 12.30 apparently the sale of the property had been in agreement upon for the full asking price. So the £140 was a really worthy
investment!
Now really few houses put on the market are in that category but most could benefit from a good deep clear and who wants to do that before moving out?
