Your body and golf go hand-in-hand. You can activity on your golf, but if you don’t address your body’s limitations, your game wish not improve. I say this really strongly!

your body wish naturally be able to do a better swing.
In many a of the articles I write some
for the web and for my golf performance sites, I mention the body as the “the playing
machine”. You may have detected
this term before, but I truly feel like it is profound.
Your body dictates your playing
ability!
You can get by on natural ability, but after a while, aging sets in and you lose strength, flexibility, coordination, stability and more more. Once
this happens, your game starts to slip.
The only way to finish this slide is to activity on your machine. I’m by all odds not language to finish practicing. But practice alone wish not get it done!
Focus on the limitations your body has and your golf game wish transform. You wish feel like you can do a bigger, more powerful swing; but with exactitude and accuracy. The net result is a big reduction in scores and mishit, and a brobdingnagian improvement in distance and accuracy.
You are a playing
contestant
and all athletes condition their body’s specific to their sport. Why wouldn’t you do the same? The more you focus on the physical demands the swing puts on your body, the better you’ll be able to understand the importance of golf training.

athlete. Don’t even as tell any of your playing
buddies your thinking.
Simply take care of business and let your golf do the talking for you!
