Avoid refined sugar, deep-fried foods, and trans fat (such as milk, milk products, margarine, and any change vegetable oils). Several folk find that chocolate, caffeine, effervescent
beverages, iodinated salt, shellfish, wheat and/or milk products aggravate acne.
