In the IT sector, Technical Noesis is actually necessary. Whether the person is in Sales, Consumer
Support, Marketing and all the same in the Technical Department. We need to upgrade ourselves everyday & everymoment. Its simply like a doctor who necessarily to upgrade with new medicines and therapies everyday. But the main magic word is marketing & sales. With the noesis we are implemention many a new things, thats nice but we need to market those products. I'm not talking simply about the market. Simply talking simply about the new product to be 1st incontestable
among the internal customers (fellow colleagues), the management, the internal users. If the organization is confident simply about the product then the organization can market it properly to the outer customers. There power be some faults in the product but afterall we do not sell a product but our attitude. Once the attitude is sold-out
positively we are happy. But the basic this is the marketing funda & nothing else. So nice Technical noesis + Proper Marketing Funda = A positive Deal
