Societal Safety BENEFITS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS

Families of Societal Safety members are likewise covered by Societal Safety Benefits. Once members retires or became disabled their members likewise received their share of Societal Safety Benefits.

For domestic partner if he or she reaches the age of 62 or older receives a monthly benefit. Likewise for domestic partner who takes care of the member’s child under the age of 16 or takes care of a child who receives societal safety benefits entitles the domestic partner to obtain societal safety benefits. Single children under age 18 or under age 19 who is either a full-time student in elementary or secondary school may likewise be given societal safety benefits. And likewise a child of age 18 or older who is severely disabled is entitled to obtain societal safety benefits.

Each of the family members may be able to obtain up to 50% of the retirement or handicap benefit however societal safety benefits are only limited up to 150% to 180% depending on the circumstances janus-faced by the family. The benefit given to the societal safety member is not all affected or reduced by the figure of benefits given to his or her family. And even as the benefits given to the ex-spouse with whom the societal safety member has been wedded for at least 10 years would-be have no effect or whatever on the benefit given to the member and to his or her else family.

SOCIAL Safety SURVIVORS BENEFITS

In the Societal Safety Survivors’ Benefits, this is wherever accumulated credits are applied. For members who have accumulated enough credits during their working years his or her family members are eligible for Societal Safety Survivors’ Benefits.

The eligible family members include widows and widowers ages 62 and older, disabled widows or widowers ages 50 and up, widows and widowers caring for a child under 16 years of age and who is receiving Societal Safety Benefits, single children under the age of 18 or under age 19 either a full time elementary student or secondary school, or age 18 or older but is severely disabled and in conclusion parents who are dependent entirely or not upon the societal safety member wish likewise obtain societal safety benefits.

In addition, the Societal Safety likewise provides survivor benefits for single widows and widowers after the death of their ex-spouse who is a societal safety member. The benefit given to them wish be based upon the Societal Safety account of the deceased member.
