Melting chocolate for baking is an exacting task, if not done dead you can end up with a burned or coarse mess and ruin some you are baking. Below are 3 methods for melting chocolate, each can be eminent in it’s own way and you need only pick a know-how

In The Kitchen appliance
Chocolate can be fusible in the kitchen appliance
