Some exercise is better than no exercise; however, if your program is lopsided with one or two of the same activities, you wish not get the better results.
DRIVING THE CAR
Having activity in your exercise program is like turning a car as you are drive down the road. It's more easier to turn the wheel spell the car is moving rather than once
it is sitting in your driveway. Momentum allows you to steer the car, simply as momentum allows you to continually progress in your elbow grease program.
