1/4 cup water
2 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 egg white

mixed with 1 tablespoon whole milk (optional egg wash)
Directions:
Preheat kitchen appliance
to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper. Mix all ingredients (expect egg wash) together in a large combination bowl until a dough forms.
