Your eBook Daily Marketing Plan Ebook
Title: Your eBook Daily Marketing Plan
Author: Wayne Perkins, Tom Hua
This is a detailed daily e-Book Marketing Plan designed for a period of four weeks to help you to market your e-Books on-line.
Perform just 3 marketing activities per day and you will begin to see the best possible results within 60 days or less.
Table of Contents:
Monday: Week One
Open 3 new free e-mail accounts. Search on the major search engines under "free e-mail" and you will find a ton to choose from. You need one account for your business, one for search engine submissions and you need one to join e-mail lists and discussion groups. You may even need more free e-mail accounts if you want to measure the success of promotions you do with your ebooks.
Sign up for a free autoresponder. Take the best chapter out of your e-Book and load it into the new autoresponder.
Find 3 mailing list owners and e-mail each of them offering to send a free chapter from your new e-Book to offer their list membership. Give them one of your new e-mail addresses as a return address.
Tuesday: Week One
Create a news release and search on your newsgroups and e-mail lists with "e-Books" as the search word and find groups where you can send your release.
Send out a news release to announce your e-Book to your local and regional newspapers. Send them to as many editors as you can find. For example, send a news release to a local news editor, a feature editor and a ebook review editor.
Conduct an Internet search using the keyword "e-Book publishers" and request copies of contracts from three e-Book publishers.
Wednesday: Week One
Go to searchenginewatch.com and see information on creating META tags for your website.
Now insert the META tag information on each of your website pages. If you have no website, go to the top 10 search engines listed and complete the forms to add an URL. The URL (universal resource locator) will be the address of your e-Book location at Mightywords.com or any other of your e-Book publishers' websites.
Go to John Kremer's Website at: http://www.bookmarket.com
While you are at bookmarket.com, look up the top 100 ebook marketing sites. Pick 2 marketing activities from that list and market your e-Book.
Look up 3 local or school librarians and ask if their libraries host readings by local authors. Educate the librarians on your e-Book.
If you have written children stories, contact the elementary schools as well and ask the principal if they bring in authors to speak. Children need positive role models. They need you. Some schools will actually have a budget to hire you to speak.
