Here's a sample "fit tip" I use to help curb hunger cravings: - While standing, tighten your abdominal muscles as if you were protecting yourself from a blow to the stomach.
- Hold the muscles in this position as you count to 10 slowly.
- Slowly relax the muscle. Once the muscles are totally relaxed, count to 10, again.
- Then repeat the entire tightening and relaxing sequence two more times.
- When you're done, you will find that your hunger pains have disappeared and they'll usually stay away for an hour (this exercise will help flatten your tummy, too).
