Let's face it, most of us greet the holidays with a mixture of excitement and dread. After all, the holidays are a very exciting time. We share with friends and family and enjoy the blessings we've received throughout the year. However, the holidays are also a time of feasts, treats, and tons of food.
I recently did a poll of over 800 newsletter subscribers, in home clients and online clients.
