Dear Moms,
If you've answered "yes" to any of the above questions, you've come to the right place. I've found satisfactory answers to these questions myself, and continue to do so, raising 4 young children while working from home. How did I do it? I joined the "Mom-Force" (keep reading for a definition).
If you'd like to find out right away, download my inexpensive and spot-on useful ebook right now, using the button below. It's quick and clear reading, and totally outlines the plan and perfect business type that worked for me, and will work for you.
How do you plan, search for, and then start the perfect home-based business, while raising young children? What IS the best home-based business?
It's a really good list, with lots of great opportunities. Any one can be very helpful. But how do you choose?
It's not easy, as you know, and what makes it most difficult is the tremendous amount of information available to help. How do you weed through the scams, spam and bogus leads, hundreds of "work-at-home" websites, "get rich quick schemes", avoiding spending money on useless information or product, and efficiently focus your efforts specifically according to your own situation? In between the time you're spending cleaning and washing, preparing meals, driving the kids to soccer, the doctor, and the millions of other tasks that comprise the "Mom" job description? (By the way, my story, information and methods are appropriate for most any in-home caregiver, including Dads, Grandparents and other Guardians!) Wouldn't it feel good to be part of the Mom-Force...the group of Moms who contribute not only to society and their family by raising the children, but also who have built and maintain business interests that contribute to the family bank account. By leveraging their professional experience, and without driving to work every day, wearing senseless "uniforms", and suffering from the anxiety associated with leaving your children in someone else's care. I'll note that not all Work-at-Home-Moms ("WAHMS") fit the Mom-Force profile, which focuses on those WAHMS who are ex-professionals, i.e. with a professional background to draw on and leverage.
That's amazing, 4 in 5. What this metric doesn't say, is how many in the Mom-Force actually earn enough cash from their activities to contribute in a meaningful way to the family income, while not overlooking or neglecting childcare responsibilities that they stayed home specifically to address. I know many Moms who volunteer, make a few dollars here and there, participate in reciprocal direct sales activities (more on that in the eBook), and many other very industrious pursuits - but don't make enough extra money to cover more of the bills! Plus, many in this situation tend to "outsource" their children's education and moral development to the TV or computer, to friends or family, or to babysitters (which tends to eat up any profit!). Is it worth it?
It's not. I didn't think so either, when I started my search. "What makes you like me?" you might ask. Well, we were likely in the same boat. I had a full time job, when the first baby came along. Heck, I was a professional, darn it, a "Big 6" consulting manager and engineer! I struggled through 2 years of sporadic nanny, babysitter and family assistance, to preserve my job and income, and my home, family and work life suffered for it. Then the second baby came, and my husband and I agreed to bite-the-bullet and have me stay home to provide the best care we could to our children. This was a very tough period financially, though very rewarding to be with my children (as we ate spaghetti night after night). As the third and fourth babies came along, I had begun to develop this plan and method of entering the Mom-Force as an ex-professional; and through much trial-and-error achieved my goals within 2 years. I now run several successful businesses and freelance initiatives, making regular money in various ways even as I sleep, and help others to do the same. (That's me, above!). My "Mom-Force" story and guidance is finally now outlined and described in detail, for others to benefit.
In this book you'll find a very unique and invaluable list, the "10 steps to determining what kind of work or business you're best suited for, as a Mom-Force ex-professional". What other "work-at-home" site gives you this? None - I've looked; they're all about how to start and run a business or money-making activity, once you've decided which one to do. My book shows you what kind of work is most appropriate for the ex-professional, work-at-home Modern Mom. I'll explain what the single best work-at-home business is, among many good ones, for ex-professional WAHMS - and chances are, you've never heard of it - though it's a Billion dollar global business, and every other business needs it! See Page 24 for this business! - Work entirely from home, on your time, when you want
- Leverage your brain
- Communicate to other adults (not just your kids all day long!
- Work as much or little as you need
- Get instant gratification, and long-term success
- Every minute you spend is experienced gained to improve your business
- There's no limit to the customers, the need or the skills you can gain
- You work for yourself, as well as your clients
- Professional rates apply - you make great money!
- It's nearly impossible for this work to be "outsourced" to cheap, overseas providers
Do I qualify? That's an interesting question. First off, there really isn't any particular "qualification" involved, only need, desire and mental commitment. You most definitely "qualify" to use my eBook, if you fall into any (but mostly all!) of the following circumstances: - If you're at home with the kids, and can't get out to a job
- If you're living paycheck to paycheck, with rising bills as family expenses grow
- If you know you've got talent and experience, but can't find a way to leverage it
- If you once had a good job, you're now an "ex-professional Mom", but want that same feeling of professional accomplishment again
- If you've tried lots of "work-at-home" jobs, and they've not fulfilled their promise, or drained your savings or damaged your credit rating
- If you've tried to "sell" things from your home, only to end up with loads of unsold inventory or damaged friendships
- If you desire more "grown-up" interaction, if even in a "virtual" setting (definitions of this in the eBook!)
- If you're physically unable to get out to a job
- If you really have no childcare options
- If you need to climb out of debt, in order to improve the lives of your children
OK, how do I get started? Congratulations! You HAVE started - you're reading my letter to you. You're ready to earn extra cash, while keeping your kids happy, and your home in shape. You've found this letter through a bit of research, or perhaps a link you noticed or that someone sent to you. Obviously this letter is only a first step; in my eBook I'll outline for you the method and details around many other steps and topics, including: - The first things to avoid, and NOT do
- What you can use and cash in on, RIGHT NOW
- Tools and resources, online and off
- Support groups and contacts
- Improve your English!
- Legislation to know and support
- What kind of training do I need, and how much would it cost?
- Can your kids help? What about your husband or other at-home family member?
- Is your home ready? Is your computer?
- Don't do what your neighbor did
- Are you a (Wo)Man, or a Mouse?
- How much money you can really expect to earn, and keep
- How not to disappoint the "Boss" (who is the Boss, anyway?)
