Having A Real Job...SUCKS! I worked your typical 9 to 5 job... going nowhere fast, making other people rich. Blah... Blah... Blah...And if you're like me, making someone else's dreams come true for a few bucks an hour wasn't gonna cut it.
....Shortly after 1996 I went to work in Brooklyn for a guy named Jack O'Neil. Jack was a real "Jack Axx," to say the least, and took advantage of everyone! At the time, he needed a project manager.
Jack didn't know my past and because I was determined to "Make it" legit, I put up with his constant bull@#*& and belittling.
I'll never forget shortly after I started, I was working on my first BIG project for Jack. I'd worked my butt Off from 8 in the morning till10 at night, everyday single day for 8 straight weeks!
At the time I didn't mind. I just appreciated the opportunity.
Anyway, the project came together and was an enormous success. Everyone knew that it was me that made it happen. Even Jack's partner, Paul, said so. Well about 3 days later I came into the office 4 minutes late.....4 minutes!
Jack stood there at the door and laid into me for nearly 10 minutes in front of everybody.
I never thought anyone owed me anything, but come on.... this was ridiculous.
After that, he was always riding me about something. Every idea I had was ...instantly shot down! I wanted to shoot him down..the freaking lowlife..anyway
Paul (his partner) even pulled me to the side one day and talked to me about Jack. It seems he hated him too! That was the day I knew I'd have to find a better way. Now remember, I'd lived "the life" before, but I was determined to make it ....legit. I loved the life(style); short on hours, long on pay, eating steaks at the Palms, driving new BMW's, traveling whenever ... in short... Livin' Large!
And this new civilian lifestyle and the 9 to 5 (make it 8 to 10 rut) wasn't ever going to get that back. What changed my life and can change yours too! Now listen ..there was NO WAY I was going back to "The Old Life." Even though we were poor, mama didn't raise no fool! I had to find a better way, and I did. Shortly after "Jack Axx" screamed at me for being...F. O. U. R. minutes late, Paul asked me if I could put together a website. At the time, No one knew anything about the net. Including me!
But Paul was impressed with what I'd done and the project was mine. Like it or not.
While I was trying to figure out how the hell you put up a website, I noticed something very interesting; hummm, the Internet was very similar to the US economy when the Mob ran it.
So much so, I really started to research how the internet worked.
If the internet worked like I thought, I could control websites and make some real money. I'm 100% legit, which is more than I can say about the other guys... Well, how many of these "rats" have really made ANY money "online" other than...selling info products about selling info products.
