E-book Title: The Diet Dictionary: The All-Natural Peanut Butter Diet
Book Description:

Every Time I Looked in the Mirror, I Made a Vow to get Rid of That "Spare Tire" I was Carrying Around With Me, Finally it was a Heart Attack That Made Me Actually Do Something About it...

"When I Saw This Report, I Was In Shock! I Mean, You Would Have to Be NUTS, Not to Try This Sensational Diet..."

...And You May Be!
(Unless You Read This Very Important Letter)

Dear Friend,

I couldn't help it...I just loved food. It took a heart attack to make me lose 67 pounds. Even though I felt fine and was going to the gym, I didn't realize just how bad I was getting.

After my heart attack, I was looking for a diet that I could stick with. I mean I tried low fat, no fat, low carb, no carb, Atkins, South Beach, Slim Fast and dozens of others.
Problem was that no matter which one I tried, I got bored!

And then a friend told me about this strange twist.

Its official, according to scientific studies, you could lose up to 25 lbs. of fat, and help your heart, just by eating Peanut Butter!

In the U.S. alone, we consume some 800 Million pounds of the gooey stuff, EVERY YEAR. Most people actually feel guilty about eating this special treat, because of the 190 calories and 16 grams of fat in just 2 tablespoons.

No need for worry, the "fat" content is mono-unsaturated fat-the good kind! This type of fat helps to keep the heart working properly and even helps with diabetes.

Most diets fail because they don't satisfy the "fat" craving that your body wants. To actually lose weight you need to decrease your calorie intake and increase your exercise. By introducing nutritious peanut butter into your diet, your body gets the fat it craves and helps you stay committed to losing weight.

Researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) and the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) have found that people following a Mediterranean-style, moderate fat weight loss diet were able to keep weight off for a longer period of time than people following the traditionally recommended low fat diet. The findings appear in the October 5th issue of the International Journal of Obesity.

  • In a study of 101 overweight people at a Boston Hospital, one group had their fat intake limited to 20% of their daily caloric intake, while the other group got 35% of their daily calories from the "good" fat.

This "good" fat was comprised of olive oil, nuts, avocado and PEANUT BUTTER.
Both groups lost about 11pounds in 6 weeks, but the dieters on the peanut butter, stuck it out longer and maintained their weight for 18 months. When asked why they dropped out or stayed, the answer was "taste". The dieters using the peanut butter diet, felt better, because of taste.

  • Another surprise is that in a test done at a Pennsylvania University, showed that a peanut butter diet, lowered heart disease risk by 21%, while a very low fat diet only lowered risk by only 12%.

I have to admit, I am one of those people that love peanut butter. I mean I used to spoon it right out of the jar. I thought I definitely wasn't going to lose weight like that!

It's all about moderation. You can have your peanut butter and eat it too, to adapt an old saying. Once you get started on the peanut butter diet, you will find a wealth of information and recipes included in the book.

We tell you how to eat it, what to eat it with and when to eat it. This isn't only for adults. With the incident of childhood obesity and diabetes, your kids need a healthy diet as well.

Doralene Davis, of Boston, Massachusetts, is living proof that this type of diet works. She was able to lose about 50 pounds and kept it off for over 2 and a half years. She says,

  • Despite decades of advice to the public to decrease total fat consumption, the incidence of obesity is at epidemic levels in the U.S. and many other developed nations. The Center for Disease Control, (CDC) estimates that over 60% of adults in the U.S. are overweight or obese.

Both overweight and obesity are associated with major chronic illness, including hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, certain forms of cancer and all can cause mortality.

Beside its abundance of "good" fat, that helps lower LDL and total cholesterol, by up to 14%, research published in the journal "Nutrition and Cancer" have found that peanuts and peanut butter contain phytosterol beta-sitosterol (SIT), which has been shown to inhibit cancer growth and protect against heart disease. SIT may protect against colon, prostate and breast cancer.
And to top it off, peanuts contain Vitamin E, folate, potassium, magnesium, zinc and fiber, which promote a healthy lifestyle and benefit health.

There is absolutely no reason not to try the peanut butter diet for yourself, unless you don't care about:

  • Losing weight
  • Promoting good nutrition
  • Keeping your heart healthy
  • Reducing your risk of diabetes, high cholesterol and certain types of cancer
  • And much moreMay be you have tried the "fad" diets before, without success.

In fact, 9 out of every 10 people are making the same mistakes.

Are you one of these people?

My guess is "yes".

This letter will give you some pointers that might save you - and your diet - from total disaster.

"I Have Spent Hundreds on Fad Diets..."

If you're like I was, you're thinking, "Yeah, I know, I know, but I don't have the time or money to think about all of this stuff. And anyway, those diets don't really work."

First of all, the fact that you haven't had good results with a diet yet is actually a good argument to get your act together now, before it's too late.

It's not a matter of "if" it will happen to you - it's a matter of "when"

If you woke up tomorrow and you were diagnosed with a heart condition, diabetes, or had a stroke, because of high blood pressure or high cholesterol...

...wouldn't you wish that you had just tried this diet? I did, but I had to learn it the hard way, by having a heart attack, and you can benefit from my mistakes, because....

"I've Written Down Every Single Step To Help You Succeed"

As you can imagine I have become quite the fanatic about protecting myself from these kinds of disasters.

You can do the same by letting me show you exactly what I did - step by step.

The first and best step for you to take - is to get a copy of my new report "The All Natural Peanut Butter Diet."

This Special Guide Is The Only One Of Its Kind!

Inside my report I reveal the little known secrets you absolutely need to know about to keep you on the right track and help you succeed.

"The All Natural Peanut Butter Diet" is:
