I must admit to starting the book with a certain "smugness." After 22 years in this business, I thought I knew pretty much everything there is to know about starting a resume-writing business. I wondered what I could personally learn from the book. Therefore, I was quite surprised when I found myself highlighting information as I read along that is pertinent to my own business.
