The last couple of months I've been working on this program and as I said earlier, this is another milestone for me and this could be the beginning of something big for you.

I am not a motivational speaker like Tony Robbins or any other self improvement guru but I did find out a lot of techniques which are helping me to move forward in my live (and I've seen others implement these techniques which helped them to the extreme) so this is a very important part.

You will discover everything you need to know about how to achieve big things for the rest of your live (and of course how to run a marathon which is a big achievement).
This is what you will discover in the first section of this program :
- How to take action, and why it is so important to take serious action. If you apply to this principle it will change your life... Seriously!
- Why you are not too old to start running. Believe me, I've seen 77 year olds running their first (!) marathon! Unbelievable!
- How and why you need to make a plan and what this will do for your progress
- How to never make an excuse again to skip a training. If you apply to this principle you WILL run a marathon!
- Why you should never let anyone discourage you from running. This rule can be applied not only with running but is a life lesson on its own. (This will help you get what you want faster than you could ever imagine)
- How to get disciplined. (this one is so important). First running has to become a routine. Once the line between routine and discipline fades then you got it made!
- How to set a goal and why this will help you become a marathon runner. Before I started training I couldn't imagine myself running 6 miles, but once I set the goal to run the marathon everything changed...
- Why you have to think and talk about it all the time. This might sound a little strange but it does help tremendous!
- Why you have to be patient. You (most likely) won't become a marathon runner within a month, but you will get there once you get the patience you need.
- How everything gets clear while you are running (I came up with the best ideas while I was running)
- My golden rule and why this golden rule made me achieve results extremely fast
- How to get motivated at times you feel like giving up
- How to deal with the bad days (you will get bad days... I'm sorry!
- How to constantly get out of your comfort zone (do this and you will achieve goals bigger than you ever imagined.
You will notice that this part of the program will motivate you to start running and to keep on running until you have achieved your goal (which of course is what this program is made for). However, when you apply these principles on other parts of your life you can achieve tremendous goals.
Part 2
"How To Get Started"
Ok, so you've set your goals and you need to know what you need to do to reach that goal but now you got to get started (this is the hardest part. If you're already running regularly you're already right on track. If not, it's okay!)
This part of the program will help you get started.
In part 2 of this program you will discover:
- How to get started (even if you never ran a mile before, You will discover how and when you can start training for a marathon, and actually become a marathon runner too! (you will get there... Step by step!)
- A detailed running schedule. You will know exactly when you need to run, how often you need to run and the exact distances. You will receive three different running schedules : novice, advanced and excellent.
- Why you should take it slow (if you're not too experienced)
- How to get of the couch when you're too tired to run
- How to bridge the gap between knowing and doing
There are a few key elements you need to apply to get started and to get going. Chances are that you'll get out of your routine once in a while (that's okay) but it's imported to get started again! That's what this part of the program is for.

As you might know, I'm all about "Time Management". If you are really serious about running a marathon (or you just want to train a lot in the near future) it WILL take a lot of time out of your leisure time and I also thought about that too ;) That's what the third component is made for.
