Finally, after several months I began to mix things up a little and test different methods in various combinations and I began to experience dramatic results! My weight quickly went up to 160 and I was harder than ever before.

BUT - - then I experienced my first plateau. And again I was STUCK... I went back to the magazines and the routines to see if I was missing something.

Once again nothing the so called experts were telling me was doing anything for my body. It was as if it was on "pause". So, after another couple months of frustration and no new results I decide to go back to what kick started my growth in the first place.

I was going to mix things up and try to shock my body out of my plateau...
