I used to think the answer to more club head speed was working out in the gym with weights, and it can be because if you improve your overall strength and retain your flexibility you'll hit the ball further.
But, you'll end up putting in a lot of effort and you'll only really benefit from about 10% of what you do.
I discovered this system out of pure laziness, I stopped going to the gym one winter but still wanted to retain my strength. Long story short....
