There are just 2 things required to lose weight (and keep it off) and neither one of them is dieting!
The secret to losing weight and keeping it off is going to surprise you-and may even shock you.
Until you adjust your inner "settings" all your dieting and fitness attempts are simply doomed to failure!
You will ALWAYS gain that weight back, and then some.
But once you've eliminated your toxic feelings and beliefs, exercise and dieting become unnecessary. You will shed excess weight without effort.
I'm going to explain how our Energy Psychology Weight Loss Program works, but first let me ask you if any of these "core beliefs " seem familiar:
- Eating is the one thing in my life that gives me pleasure. My overeating doesn't hurt anyone but me. I don't count so it doesn't matter.
- I'll show them! No one is going to tell me what to do! I'll eat what I want to eat, when I want to eat it!
- I feel so pissed off all the time. It's not safe to get so mad. I need this fat to contain my anger.
- I'm weak-willed. I have no will power. No power over my life. Everything happens to me.
- If I get thinner I'll lose all my friends.
- If I lose weight men (or women) will start to look at me/expect things from me/molest me. I can't handle it. I need this extra weight to stay safe.
- No one loves me anyway. As long as I'm fat I can pretend that's the reason.
- I never succeed. I've struggled with my weight my whole adult life, there's no way things could change now.
- I'll never be happy unless I'm thin. Only when I am thin can I finally be happy.
