It Didn't Help Much!

I was finally declared 7% disablement and the insurance institution gave me $9.800. Not a big sum for all the pain I'd gone through and the galore sleepless nights for the next decades.

I didn't give up though. I unbroken on seeing my physical healer and healer and worked out at least 3 times a week.

But the pain and the stiff neck unbroken bothering me and it didn't get better. I was really beginning to develop a humpback, do to my tense neck and upper back.

It looked ugly but felt even as worse.

By now, I need to tell you thing that may seem wholly unrelated to begin with but really compete key role in healing my neck.

I always used to be a atrocious sleeper

It began at young age but got more worse after the accident. I didn't put the two and two together at first.

To do a long story short, I discovered simple throat, tongue and jaw exercises that eventually eliminated my snoring.

These exercises were originally used by classical singers to open up the throat and strengthen their voice. They besides worked wonders to finish snoring.

What I didn't expect, and took me long time to understand, was that after practicing these exercises for a while, the tension in my neck diminished.

I finally had an important realization...

All the muscles about your neck, back and head are connected together.

If one area gets hurt, all the muscles about that area stiffen, trying to do up for the weak abraded muscles.

It's no way about it. The tension spreads like a flue.

If you only focus on the area wherever you got hurt and do not pay attention to the muscles about it, the another muscles really spread the tension back to the innovational source and everything locks up again.

It's a vicious circle.

This is the reason why you may feel better for a short piece after physical medical care or healer adjustment and then everything is back to normal in only a few days or hours.

Lift your hands and put your two index fingers on each side of your jaw, right at the jaw joints. Press with a light force.

Did you feel how tense these muscles are?

It isn't simply your neck and back that is barred up. It's besides your jaw muscles, tongue muscles and throat muscles.

The tension in these small muscle groups is really preventing your neck muscles from restful and healing.

You can begin to move out the tension from these areas even as if the neck muscles are too sore to train them. Then, as you get better, you zoom more and more in on the actual trauma area.
