"Are You Sick & Tired of Feeling Sluggish? In Less Than 7.5 Minutes You Will Discover Simple But Effective Methods To Combat All 36 Symptoms Of Hypothyroidism - Guaranteed."

Guaranteed To Work For You Too!

Dear Friend -

If you're suffering with the frustrating symptoms of Hypothyroidism then this is likely to be the most important website you'll ever read...

Why? Because, like my mother was, you're struggling through a frustrating, troubling time and you're not sure where to turn to get the answers you need.

Maybe you've reached that age where menopause and its precursor perimenopause are part of your medical vocabulary.

Or you've tried (really tried) to drop some extra weight, but the number on the scale just isn't moving...

Or maybe you're like my mom - you're dealing with many uncomfortable, frustrating hypothyroid symptoms, and not even realizing it!

What surprised me most is just how many symptoms of hypothyroidism there are... and how very slowly this condition can progress...

It "sneaks" up on you and before you even know it, your quality of your life is drastically reduced.

Many mistake the earliest signs of Hypothyroidism for normal aging... when they're really something far more insideous...

Without any of us even realizing it, my Mom was experiencing all kinds of hypothyroidism symptoms and the quality of her life plummeted.

Not untypically, like many others she was:

  • Hiding under big, shapeless clothes - even in summer -because you'd rather be hot and uncomfortable than let anyone see how much weight you've really put on.
  • Hating the way you look and the subtle (sometimes not so subtle) sting of disapproval from the widespread belief that it's lack of willpower keeping you heavy.
  • Feeling utter frustration when the scale doesn't budge - even when you really, truly follow a strict diet (exercising too) no one can tell - you never seem to loose any weight.
  • Being tired all the time, or so weak that you feel as if every drop of energy has been drained from your body. Even when you try to get enough sleep you wake exhausted and unrefreshed.
  • An increased sensitivity to cold, more than discomfort, you're chilled to the bone and more quickly and easily than ever before. (It got so bad for my Mom that she couldn't stand the chill of the wind on the beach where her grandson played, and for a time she had to stop going along on family outings altogether)
  • Wondering what's up with your hair - it's coarse, dry and your scalp may be itchy. And your nails - they're brittle and easily broken. Even your skin is drier and rougher than it used to be.
  • Feeling overwhelming sadness or instant irritation and everything in between. Sometimes all in the same day and even in the same hour.
  • Spacing out on simple things like turning off the oven or where you left your keys - as if you're struggling through a sort of thick mental fog that makes concentrating harder than it's ever been.
  • Facing the awful discomfort and pain of constipation, even though you haven't changed your diet or gotten less active, your digestion seems to have changed all on its own.
  • Dealing with a period (and a menstrual cycle) that had a mind of its own - the flow or the length of the time is suddenly all over the place, without any rhyme or reason.
  • Loosing interest in being intimate with your partner (if you're honest, you might realize it's been weeks...maybe months!) due to how unattractive you feel deep down inside.

If you're also nodding "yes" to even a few of these problems, I want to tell you about hypothyroidism.

You need to know; first and foremost, what's happening to your body is not your fault . Not one bit.

In fact, this condition develops so slowly that you can have symptoms and borderline test measurements for years before anything gets the attention of your doctor.

As you might imagine, it came as an unpleasant surprise when my Mom's doctor told her that the increasingly bothersome and uncomfortable set of symptoms she'd been experiencing might be signs of a thyroid problem.

Blood work was ordered and performed, and she came home worried and unsure.

We all had lots of questions, but no answers.

She Was Confused & Scared About What The Future Held For Her...

Like so many patients, my Mom came out of the doctor's office not knowing anything... except that tests were to be done and a follow up appointment made.

So, as a dedicated Health Reseacher I told my mum that I would carry out detailed research into what the problems could be and what she could do about them...

Not surprisingly, after a quick search on the internet the information was disorganized and in many places hard to trust - besides who has time to sift through thousands of websites?

The best tips for dealing with the uncomfortable, confidence sapping symptoms of hypothyroidism I got from other patients and women (and some men too) who'd been through this experience already, and others who were dealing with it just as my mom was.

The symptoms of hypothyroidism can mimic many other equally distressing, equally troubling conditions, or sometimes co-exist with them.

And, even though there is no cure for hypothyroidism, there are many effective treatments to help your body replace the hormones it is unable to produce on its own.

So, after months of research into conventional and natural helath treaments, during which time I discovered incredible breakthroughs, and some practical, common sense actions which I shared my Mum to give her the knowledge to improve her situation..

Once my Mom became an informed patient...she was able to ask questions and participate fully in her treatment...

Now Upbeat And Full Of Energy

And today she's doing just great... upbeat and full of energy (we can hardly keep up with her anymore!), looking trim and healthier than she has in years.

Having spoken with hundreds of patients, It's their need and desire for practical, common sense information that drove me to take one more step...

And write a book that covers all I discoverd during my journey - So that everyone who has, or suspect they have Hypothyroidism can benefit.
