The Hydroxy Extractor is a piece of equipment which increases the miles per gallon (mpg), performance of a car, any internal combustion engine and reduces the harmful emissions dramatically. It does this by using the vehicle's own power to extract water into a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gasses called "hydroxy" gas which is then added to the air which is being drawn into the engine. The hydroxy gas improves the quality of the fuel burn inside the engine, increases the engine power, cleans old carbon deposits off the inside of an engine, reduces the most harmful exhaust emissions and improves the mpg figures under all driving conditions. This hydroxy extractor is easy to make and the components do not cost much.
You can get all the supplies needed to make this booster for less than $60 at your local hardware store.
This booster will work on ANYTHING that has an internal combustion engine (we have not tried it on cars that are already Hybrid though).

Prior to this circuit, the amperage draw was regulated by adding 1/2 tablespoon at a time while monitoring the amps until you reached your desired output (time consuming!).
