Part 1

Chapter 1: You are not a biscuit
"You are NOT a mass produced cookie from a cookie cutter - YOUR health, fitness, and fatness is unique to you. THE one size fits all diet and exercise routine will not work for YOU. Find out what is YOUR individual prescription.

Chapter 2: Diets Don't Work
*IF you diet, you WILL get fatter and unhealthier. Sure you might get results immediately but I warn you that the long term consequences are very serious. Plenty of people who are really fat are the effect of dieting. Plenty of people who are fat are suffering from malnutrition. Don't mess up your metabolism or restrict your nutritional intake to that of people in a third world country.

Chapter 3: Hunter-gather vs Supermarket-gatherer
*It is important to remember our heritage. Our cave man heritage, that is. Our nutritional needs nor our digestive system has evolved from thousands of years ago.

Chapter 4: Cross at the Lights
*This is a reminder to take small steps to optimise your health each day to avoid being hit by the Mac truck.

Part 2 - Fact or Fiction

*Get the facts about your health and how to promote it. Don't get your education from the media or large corporations who are more invested in their wealth than your health. This section addresses the MOST important issues of health.

Chapter 5: Fit, fat, healthy
*You CAN'T be fat AND healthy - that's the truth. You CAN be lean and unhealthy that's the truth. Find the balance - fit, lean AND healthy.

Chapter 6: Be heart smart
*Unfortunately there is often very little warning that you have a faulty functioning heart. Death is often the first warning. Be smart - don't wait for the blockage to occur. Prevent it.

Chapter 7: Blood Pressure
*This is the silent killer. It can be measured. It can be controlled with diet, exercise, and good stress management techniques. YOU are in control - take control.

Chapter 8: Cholesterol

*the best (and easiest) way to measure your fatness. Find out what the unhealthy measurements are. The indicators of risk of premature death can be measured in your home.

Chapter 13: Take your photo
*Still one of the best motivational tools available. What is your body saying about you?

Chapter 14: Aerobic fitness
*I don't mean leotards. I mean heart and lung health, oxygenated blood, circulations, and efficient vital organs.

Part 4 - Preparation

Chapter 15: take flight
*Take small steps - but take the steps in the right direction. If you have tried before and failed, it might be that the program wasn't right for you. Try again. THIS one.

Chapter 16: Equipment - the worst you can own
*I'll leave it for you to read.

Part 5 - Food: what it is supposed to do

Chapter 18: Food - eat to live or live to eat
*Are you conscious of what fuel you are supplying your body - your vital organs - your immune system - your aging or anti-aging processes? NO? You should be.

Chapter 19: Appearances - are they deceiving you?
*These days food is made to look good. It is not grown to BE good. The more we produce, the less nutrition we provide. We are providing less nutrition in the same package of raw food the more we produce. Raw food was never meant to need a passport.

Chapter 20: Dudley do right - did it wrong
*Everyone is trying to do the right thing - eat low fat. WRONG. Low fat diets are KILLING US AND making us FATTER. When will we ALL agree? WE GOT IT WRONG. Read this chapter before you go off saying 'that's crazy'.

Chapter 21: WATER
*Every cell in your body needs it. You need it to be lean. You need it to process food. You can't do anything without good hydration.

Chapter 22: PROTEIN
*Necessary but choose your best source.

Chapter 23: SUGAR - THE BITTER TRUTH
*We were never designed to eat it. Our body gets too much of it in various forms. It is a killer. It kills more people than fat does.

Chapter 24: SUGAR - MORE BAD NEWS
*It's everywhere. It's even in 'health foods'. It's a silent stalker - especially of our children.

Part 6 - YOUR TRAINING

Chapter 25: USE THE 'F' WORD
