Discover the secrets of how to get a better memory and slash your chances of getting Alzheimer's...
Yes, YOU TOO can learn how to improve AND KEEP your memory if you follow this simple plan
Hello there,
Can you imagine being able to easily: - Remember the names of people you've only just met
- Remember facts and figures, phone numbers, dates, your car registration number
- Concentrate better and get more done in less time
- Be more observant
- Think faster
Seems almost impossible, doesn't it? We all have so much stuff we need to remember, and the more we need to remember, it seems the less we're actually able to remember.
We get stressed out by everyday life, and those stress levels rise still further when we know we have to do something...be somewhere...call someone... but what? where? who? Why can't our memories work with us instead of against us?
As I've grown older, it seems my memory has become fuller and fuller of rubbish, leaving no room for the important things. I get frustrated when a word I know is on the tip of my tongue, but can I remember what it is? Of course not. I walk into a room and wonder what it was I went in there for. And where on earth did I leave my car keys this time?
"I want simple, clear advice"
I recently bumped into a friend who is just completing an intensive course in psychotherapy and that involves studying the mind and memory. I mentioned that I was looking for information on simple ways to improve my memory, without complicated software and in-depth courses, which is all that seems to be available at the moment.
Being in my forties, I was also concerned about the future and the possibility of dementia, like Alzheimer's, and wanted to know if there was any way I could prevent or delay it.
A few weeks later, Elizabeth came back to me with a sheaf of papers, saying that she'd written up some notes based on her studies that might help me. I was amazed at what the papers contained.
I read and re-read the papers, highlighting the bits that I could do easily at home with little or no cost, and the bits that I thought sounded like fun and were simple to do.
I tried out her suggestions. The results were astounding.
Within a week I'd started to notice some differences in my capacity to remember shopping lists, to-do lists and suchlike, and also in the length of time I could concentrate. I was thrilled!
But I had also managed, incredible though it seems, to lose a little weight. Only a couple of pounds, but in a week where I'd spent more time at my desk than usual and not made any effort at all to lose weight!
Elizabeth was really excited that I'd had such success so quickly and we wondered whether her simple, down-to-earth information could help others too. So we decided to create an ebook based on the sheaf of papers that she originally gave me.
"Do YOU want to improve YOUR memory?"
This ebook is jam-packed with information - no waffle or padding just to fill out the pages. Everything you need to make informed decisions, without feeding you so much you become "over-informed" and confused.
This is an ebook that's been written by one friend to another - most of it is word-for-word what Elizabeth gave me; no long medical words, no jargon to confuse you; no outlandish suggestions that no-one could seriously carry out. She wrote it for me, a normal, average person and we have assumed that you too would like an ebook written in this style.
The ebook is called "It's Your Memory: Use It Or Lose It" and it gives you the low-down on the simplest, easiest ways to improve your memory now and for the future. No software or expensive courses to buy; no further books to buy to complete the information you need; no daily email "motivation" messages cluttering up your inbox. Just clear and concise details, ready for you to pick up and read as and when you want.
When you've read it, you'll be armed with everything you need to know, to: - Remember the names of people you've only just met
- Remember dates, phone numbers and facts and figures that until now have always eluded you
- Exercise your brain and memory with great games and puzzles that are mostly free or very low-cost. Have fun and improve your memory at the same time!
- Never again go shopping and wonder what it was you wanted - it all seemed so obvious what you wanted when you were at home
- Never again walk into a room, look around and wonder what on earth you came in here for
- Concentrate better and for longer, at work and at home
- Become more observant - doesn't it just make you mad when you're asked to recall a situation and you can't quite remember, but know there was something you thought was strange, or interesting that you should be able to mention now, but can't
- Think faster - no more thinking of a really great answer half an hour after the conversation's moved on
- Protect your memory from declining in the future - no-one really wants to get dementia or Alzheimers do they?
Crammed full of the essential information YOU need
Here are some snippets of what Elizabeth says... - Keeping your mental attitude positive is key to keeping your memory working for you. When you're depressed you can easily be distracted by what ails you and you may have a harder time remembering things around you and things you need to do. When you're stressed out your body produces chemicals that actually make your memory worse.
- Eating junk food does not help your mental state, even if you do think you feel better for a short time after eating it! A healthy diet instead will help improve your mental clarity.
- Dehydration reduces alertness and periods of concentration become shorter. The memory functions better when you're fully alert.
- Eating a balanced diet is one of the best things you can do for yourself, and your memory, but there are also certain "power foods" that can help kick-start your memory-protecting abilities.
- There are particular mental exercises you can do to help improve your memory rapidly. These can be fitted easily into your daily life, cost nothing in money but will pay you dividends far into the future.
- Learning how you learn is vital to retaining more information - if you try to learn something the "wrong" way then you're fighting a losing battle from the start.
- As we age our memories can decline, firstly because we have more people, places and things to remember, and also we have more demands and stress in our lives. A lot of older people have poor health and this too has a detrimental effect on their memories.
- Although Alzheimer's is the most well-known form of dementia, only 1 in 20 Britons aged over 65 actually have Alzheimer's. Age-Associated Memory Impairment (AAMI) is much more widespread and rather than living in fear of a more serious disease that will probably not affect you, you should do what you can to protect and preserve your memory from AAMI.
"It's Your Memory: Use It Or Lose It" has really helped me and after my amazing results we'd love to pass this information on so it can help you too. Remember, if you have a "bad" memory, lack concentration, or are worried about the possibility of contracting Alzheimer's or some other form of dementia in the future, you need to start doing something about it RIGHT NOW.
You'll be really impressed with all the extra things you can remember, be they names, faces, phone numbers, dates, or perhaps facts and figures that you need in your working life...the list goes on and on. The better your memory, the better you'll work and the better you'll feel. You could even lose a little weight too, like I did! More... |
