Install a water purifier in your shower. It keeps heavy metal deposits from your hair, which can lead to more damage. Plus, its a healthy solution for your lungs!
I am not a stylist. And I don't sell shampoo. Several months ago I was looking for some honest advice on which products to use on my fine hair and how to use them. And not just any advice. I wanted real advice from people who actually have hair like mine -- limp, thin, and straight as a stick (see photo above). Sure, a stylist can give great advice... but can I reasonably be expected to duplicate what they can do in the salon? No way! I wanted real-life advice. Often, people selling products or offering advice to those with fine hair just don't understand what its really like.
And the web? Forget it.You have to look long and hard to collect good information about fine, thin hair. In the process you have to wade through tons of blinking buttons and ugly graphics -- I know, because I did just that!
I decided to do something about it!

Cut your hair! Who needs that much to detangle and condition?! Besides, fine thin hair often looks better the shorter it is... but you can wear it longer if you know how. What herbs are good for fine, thin, or limp & lifeless hair?
