Albert Enstein once said:The definition of insanity is "Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

In fact the vast majority of us are insane according to Albert Einstein and in our case we keep seeing the same doctors and even getting the same drugs and still expecting to get different result than the previous time.

If you don't change now and will keep doing what you doing you'll spent the rest of your life in misery and maybe hope that one day somebody will come up with magic pill and all your problems will sudenly be solved.

The problem is we don't know who and when will bring that magic pill it may happen tomorow or maybe never and this is insane to live your life like this.

I'm not blaming you for being insane :) because I was myself for 5 years I was seeing different doctors would get the same drugs and hoped it would finaly work.

After 5 years I said enough is enough and started my own research and eventualy I came up with the results that were shocking to me because it so simple and nobody figured it out.

Once I identified the problem started looking for causes where I found a few of them and probably the main ones are cafenated drinks like tea, coffee etc.

Unfortunately stopping cafeine intake not always enough to overcome the disease it requires to change diet and in more difficult cases hospitalisation.
