STS and STO are energetic principles that relate to behavior, chemistry, metabolism and reproduction of all life on the planet.
STS energy is supposed to be contained or balanced by its opposite energy which is Service-to-Others or STO. The "O" in STO can also stand for "One"- that refers to the connectedness of all life. The "One" is also God's energy- life-giving, and rejuvenative. Ordinarily, STO and STS energies are proportionately balanced (50% STO and 50% STS). At the time of the destruction in Atlantis (as well as the present) this 50%-50% balance has shifted to 10% STO and 90% STS.
God's e-book provides a detailed description of how imbalanced energy on the planet is responsible for illnesses, economic hardship, and even wars. Although some of the negative circumstances have been accidental-the e-book also describes intruders or opportunists who are taking advantage of a vulnerable planetary schedule related to Earth's Ascension that will take place on December 21, 2012. The book is called an Ascension Training Manual because the book contains tools that can be used to re-balance STO and STS energies.
