You'll learn how to build a success team to help you with certain aspects of your deals and even to help you find deals. You simply can't do everything yourself. Then there are also ways to hang on to a property and make a monthly profit and make money over a long period of time. Depending on your financial goals, you can pick what works best for you or combine them and have the benefits of both.
