This book, and its companion, are a part of an entire diet/nutrition and exercise program developed by the author, Tom Venuto. On it's own, simply eating food won't burn fat. Instead, this volume helps you maximize fat loss with exercise.

I have read it and found it a waste of time and money. Unlike the so called people who left massages like "I lost fat in a week and I am wearing pants I could not get into 7 days ago". Get real it has done nothing for me. The book is a rip off.
