Typical DAILY FEEDBACKS - they are very similar, from everyone, due to the structure of the treatment. - Day 1 - I didn't have the usual sick feeling. I also noticed that I didn't feel bloated like I usually do.

- Day 13 - I still feel alert and not as tired as I usually do, my brain has actually been working!! ha ha!!. I didn't have any other stiffness as usual and I'm finding it easier to stretch, its not as painful as it used to be, it's more fun and relaxing.
- Day 14 - I have to admit since I started the treatment it's got much better; and I'm finding that I'm getting better at waking up and concentrating on usually routines much better. It's definitely improved since!!
- Day 20 - I don't feel as irritable as I used to be.
- Day 26 - I also keep getting up an hour before my alarm goes off.
- Day 32 - I find that eating regimen throughout the day has helped me concentrate and focus properly.
