My name is Estrella Falkenroth. I am a mother of 3 children ages 8, 6 and 4. I am Filipino-American. My husband is White. I am 4'10" and I weigh 80 lbs. Most people are shocked when they see me with my 3 children. They're shocked when they find out that I am actually older than 12. Even more shocked when they find out all 3 children came out of me - all via C-sections. Further shocked when they find out that I am a doctor of chiropractic.

I grew up in the Philippines and moved to the United States when I was 14 years old. My parents had 6 kids. I don¡¦t remember my parents or other parents around me having trouble potty training their kids.

But, I have vivid memories of my younger siblings and other children in the neighborhood running around naked for a few weeks. We always knew who was being potty trained because they roamed around bare butt and basically peed and sometimes pooped wherever they happened to be standing when the urge hit.

That was in my small Filipino village. In America, this method of potty training is not acceptable - especially in public. Don't worry, this is not the method that I will be showing you.

For me, my first attempt at potty training was not a breeze. I had a very difficult time potty training my two oldest children - the process dragged on for months. When the process got too frustrating for everyone, we would stop the potty training and put it off for later. Both boys finally got potty trained - many months later. But the process was very stressful.

Then, out of pure necessity, I discovered the potty training secret with my third child. She was potty trained within 2 weeks - not months. In fact, she was going to the potty all by herself after the second day.

I WAS SHOCKED!

Never in my wildest dreams did I think she would be potty trained so fast. And here's the real kicker. A month after we started potty training her, my family took a 6-hour driving trip to Nevada to visit my husband's family. My husband and I decided to put pull ups on her just in case she has an "accident" during the drive.

To our amazement, she stayed completely dry during the whole trip to Nevada. And she stayed completely dry during the whole trip back. She used the toilets at rest stops - just like the rest of the family. And it was so EASY. My husband and I were FLOORED.

But, I have a confession to make. I did not discover the potty training secret on my own.

Here's how it started...

One afternoon, I was listening to a phone conference conducted by one of the gurus in business today. He shared 7 steps to achieving any goal. At the time, my most pressing goal was to potty train my youngest child ASAP, since my nanny was leaving to go to school in another state in 3 weeks. I did not want my little girl to be potty trained by a new unfamiliar nanny. Plus, I was busy with our chiropractic clinic.

I followed the 7 steps. To my surprise, IT WORKED! It was sooo EASY and I saw results RIGHT AWAY. Embedded in the 7 steps is the breakthrough potty training secret I discovered.

I wrote down exactly what I did so that I could pass on the knowledge to my kids for when it's their turn to potty train their own children. I didn't want my kids to go through the potty training nightmare I went through with my two older children when I didn't know better.
