Over time, I have read health newsletters and books and listened intently at health related seminars to different opinions over health related thoughts. Most of my information has come from doctors reports. You may or may not agree with all of my, and the doctor's conclusions, but my intentions are from the heart.
Just in talking with my clients, I would realize that most everyone has some sort of health issue. I would find myself telling them what to do to help their problem. Because I am a humanitarian and want to help everyone, I decided to put my knowledge in writing.

- A comparison on types of fats and descriptions and how to calculate your Body Mass Index, which is the ratio of your height to your weight and % of body fat.
- Cleansing formulas, so you know how to rid your body of the toxins already there and why you should detox.
- Water types and descriptions.
- Some different ways to wash your food and why you should.
- Weight loss discussion and some helpful hints and simple programs.
- Some basic skin care, since your skin is a large part of your body and is affected by the food you eat and how you topically treat it.
