Ever Wonder Why Your Last Diets Failed?

Why Low Fat Diets Simply Do NOT Work:

Low-fat diets aren't new at all! They have been around for over a decade, and simply put- YOU CANNOT lose weight relying on low-fat meal plans or fat-free foods.

Losing your love handles does in fact require food-a lot of food! Wholesome, nutritious, glorious food! And what if I told you that you actually need fat? Losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks is possible but must be accomplished with long term effects in mind and not just a diet spike/drop/gain...
