E-book Title: Break Pal
Author: Liz Weaver
Book Description: No Time To Exercise?
Get in Shape Right at Your Desk!
Get the Same Results as if You Drove to the Gym every Day and did a 1 Hour Aerobics Class. Please Read on and Let Me Tell You How.
Discover The Fastest, Easiest, Most Convenient Way To Get Into Fantastic Physical And Mental Shape

So What is Break Pal?
Break Pal is a revolutionary new software. It not only reminds you to exercise every 30 minutes, but it shows you how. Every thirty minutes it will pop up on your computer screen. Liz's voice will come through your speakers and she'll encourage you to get up and work out.

When you stand up she'll walk you through one of the exercises from her very unique kung fu based aerobics program. Once you get the hang of the exercise you click "go faster" and she'll speed up. A timer will start and you work out as long as you like. Each time you try to build up to a little more. Keep track of your progress with the timer.

The exercises are no impact. This means they are easy on your joints. No stress on the knees or back which is common most aerobics programs. They are based on the unique motions of a soft style kung fu called Shou Shu. This makes them very circular and fluid resulting in a no impact workout.

When your done, you just click a button and the program disappears to return in another 30 minutes.

You Need 30 Minutes Of Exercise Per Day To Stay Out Of The High Risk Group
Thirty minutes of exercise on most days of the week takes you out of the high risk group. Without regular exercise you are at very high risk of dying from cardiovascular disease, developing diabetes, developing high blood pressure, suffering from depression and anxiety, and a host of other dangerous conditions.

The Center for Disease Control has stated:
  • People who are usually inactive can improve their health and well-being by becoming even moderately active on a regular basis.
  • Physical activity need not be strenuous to achieve health benefits.
  • Greater health benefits can be achieved by increasing the amount (duration, frequency, or intensity) of physical activity.

THE BENEFITS OF REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
Regular physical activity that is performed on most days of the week reduces the risk of developing or dying from some of the leading causes of illness and death in the United States. Regular physical activity improves health in the following ways:
  • Reduces the risk of dying prematurely.
  • Reduces the risk of dying from heart disease.
  • Reduces the risk of developing diabetes.
  • Reduces the risk of developing high blood pressure.
  • Helps reduce blood pressure in people who already have high blood pressure.
  • Reduces the risk of developing colon cancer.
  • Reduces feelings of depression and anxiety.
  • Helps control weight.
  • Helps build and maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints.
  • Helps older adults become stronger and better able to move about without falling.
  • Promotes psychological well-being.

Exercise Is Cumulative

Experts agree, the amount of exercise you get in a day is cumulative. You'll receive the same weight loss benefits from 10 three minute exercise session as you will from one 30 minute exercise routine.

While we recommend starting your day with at least a twenty minute routine to get a good cardiovascular workout and then use break pal every 30 minutes. If you used break pal alone for 3 minutes per session, at the end of the day you have worked out for 45 minutes.

You'll burn as many calories as if you drove to the gym and attended a 45 minute aerobics class. Now if you still want to go to the gym and get another workout that's great. But if you don't have time for it you still got in your workout. Just in little increments throughout the day.

Burn 400 To 600 Calories Per Hour
The exercises in Break Pal utilize the whole body. They give a whole body workout. Because they are based on a form of Kung Fu they really use the leg muscles. The four largest muscles in the human body are the gluteus maximus, hamstring, the quads, and the calves. Because the exercises in Break Pal focus on these muscles, you'll burn more calories per hour.

Pretty simple. Use the larger muscles, burn more calories.

Great For Your Butt
Yep, I said it, martial artists have great butts. Ever noticed that?

Why is that? Because the motions of martial arts work the butt and develop the muscle. Makes for a nice round posterior.

Rev Up Your Metabolism
Ever noticed that the longer you work at a computer, the more lethargic you get. The body just was not made for it. Your body needs exercise. The longer you sit at that computer without exercise, the harder it will get to actually get up and exercise.

With lower fitness levels also comes lower motivation levels.

Because you are going to keep your body rev'ed up all day long with Break Pal, your also going to keep your metabolism rev'd up. That means your going to burn more calories just sitting there.
