I spent the last 30 years buying and trying every self-development book, course or technique I could find. I added it up one day; I've invested about $200,000 of my time and money looking for a way out of my debilitating feelings and self-limiting thoughts. Nothing I tried worked as promised. Nothing created a lasting change. That is.....until I discovered neuro science, the science of how the brain works.

Reliable Techniques based on Real Science

I spent a full year studying directly with an internationally renowned neuroscientist. A scientist by definition is someone who studies and has advanced knowledge about one or more branches of science.

I have personally spent hundreds and hundreds of hours studying how the brain and stress work. I have also successfully testing my techniques with tons of clients. Some would consider me to be a stress and brain scientist.

The cool thing is that I have a real knack for making complex subjects really really simple to understand.

Stressed Out! You're Not Alone...

Are you one of the millions of Americans who has become tired of your life being such a struggle? Are you tired of being exhausted at the end of every day? Do you feel Stuck in a Rut? Are you Spinning your Wheels?

No matter what you do, nothing seems to give you a sense of security or happiness. Not your job, your friends, or even your family. There's an uneasiness that permeates your being, exhausting you ... morning, noon and night.

When you wake, your find your mind flooded with stressful images. You dread having to work another day for just about enough money to get by. You find yourself wanting to put your head under the covers to avoid facing another stress-filled to the brim day.

You go through your day engulfed in a fog of uneasiness and anxiety. Then, when you finally get out of work, you're exhausted and just want to zone out. You finally fall asleep hoping tomorrow might be different, only to wake to the stark reality that you'll face another day just like the last day.

You live for the relief of getting off work Friday night, but Sunday night your short relief ends the first time you think about having to work on Monday. Your vacations provide temporary relief. However, if you borrowed money to go on vacation, you wind up with increased debt and increased stress.

Self Medication Doesn't Cut It

When you get home from work, you just want to veggout or zone out. Your brain is shut down, you're "brain dead." All day long your brain's been bombarded by the chemicals your body creates in response to stress.

You reach for the TV remote, or a beer or a bag of chips, some other comfort food or all of the above. In your rational moments, you know these won't solve any of your problems or produce any lasting change, but it's all you've got. They'll get you through today.

You know these behaviors will only sedate you, but it's the only way you know to interrupt your ongoing stress. They're better than the alternative of feeing stressed every single minute of your waking day. At least you'll survive until its time to go to sleep. Problem is... you'll wake tomorrow with the same problems and the same uneasy stressful feelings.

Once you zone out or check out, you're not in any position to solve your problems. You know..... your ongoing problems with money, relationships, work and health, which keep adding fuel your Stress-Fire.

You're not being cured, just sedated. The root causes of your stress are still there. You've got a job that's stealing your precious life, your relationship feels on shaky ground with its recurring conflicts, just making ends meet and trying to get a little ahead is a constant struggle and every one of these stressors takes a huge toll on your health.

Stress Breeds More Stress

If you are stressed in one area of your life, that stress adds stress to the other areas of your life. If your finances are shaky, you add stress to your relationships and your health. If your health is shaky, you add stress to your career and your ability to make money. If your relationship is shaky, it affects your finances, your money and your career. And so on and so on.

Stress is a downward spiral. Stress can make you feel like you're trapped in quicksand. The more you struggle or try to get free from stress, the deeper into stress you get.


Your stress related feelings; fear, worry, anxiety and depression are just the tip of the iceberg. Let's look at the deeper problems.

Here's How Stress Is Killing You and Your Stressed-Out Loved Ones:
  • "Chronic Stress is like a slow poison," says Jean King, Ph.D., from the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
  • In response to stress, your adrenal glands release epinephrine, which triggers the release of ATP, which can trigger your having a heart attack or a stroke.
  • Yale Medical School found severe stress is a more potent risk factor for you having a stroke than high blood pressure-even if the initial trauma that triggered chronic stress happened 50 years prior.
  • Cortisol and other stress response chemicals impair your body's ability to fight infections, which increases your susceptibility to colds-and raises your risk of cancer.
  • Hormones unleashed by stress eat at your digestive tract and lungs, promoting ulcers, poor digestion and asthma.
  • Stress alters serotonin pathways, which can lead to depression on one hand, and aggression on the other.
  • If stress exhausts your adrenal glands and your cortisol production drops, the results can be obesity, heart disease, or osteoporosis
  • The stress hormone ACTH can impede production of the body's natural pain relievers, endorphins, leaving you with a general feeling of discomfort and heightened pain.
  • Stress can trigger a shift in epinephrine, which can precipitate asthma, by constricting tiny airways in the lungs.
  • Studies suggest that high levels of cortisol may shrink the brain by 20% and kill off brain cells resulting in memory loss and impaired thinking.
  • Too much cortisol can cause women to take on masculine traits like facial hair growth and cause baldness in men.
