Let's Be Honest About Why You Haven't Been Getting The Results You Want With Other Workouts

The following 4 reasons may be sabotaging your efforts to create the Athletic Body you seek...
  • Most of what you see men doing in local gyms is based on outdated exercise and nutrition information. The methods have been proven both in scientific studies and with thousands of failures (you may be one of them) to be ineffective. How many people in your gym have really come close to reaching their goals?

It is time to change your approach to something that works! Athletes of all types are a testament to the effectiveness of athletic style training. So, if you want to look like an athlete, with strong muscles, low body fat and a powerful physique, YOU MUST TRAIN SIMILARLY!
  • Bodybuilding resistance training combined with long-slow cardio has never been the path to the athletic body. Unfortunately, this exercise prescription is still being used by millions, even though it FAILS to produce RESULTS! But by taking the athletic approach to your training and combining the RIGHT resistance exercises, with the RIGHT training protocols and the RIGHT energy system training (Cardio), you build the athletic body you seek!

Big, compound movements, organized into workouts stimulating both the muscles and cardiorespiratory system plus progressively more intense energy system training produces more RESULTS for your training efforts. Cutting out the dependence on "isolation" exercises, unnecessary abdominal training and increasingly lengthy cardio sessions allows you to get MORE RESULTS IN LESS TIME!

  • Many men work out, but very few are performing a training program designed to produce the results they seek. A workout has a short life span of effectiveness. As your body makes the necessary changes to perform the workout easier in the future, the workout becomes less and less effective.

You need to have a PLAN if you want to keep the improvements coming.Yes, increasing the weights used is part of the plan, but only a PART! To get the best results you need a PLAN combining preparation training, resistance training, energy system training, active recovery, full rest and preventative maintenance into a long-term, progressive training program.
